Jane's 16th Birthday Justin Bieber Cake
This is Jane's 16th Birthday Cake that I was asked to make for her by a friend of a friend.
Jane is a huge Justin Bieber fan and I was asked to design something Bieber related.
Jane had recently attended Justin's Purpose World Tour in Dublin so I deceided to use the tour promotional image as the inspiration for the main cake.
The cake was 8 inches and made from four layers of vanilla sponge stacked with buttercream between the layers.
The cake was then covered with Belgian chocolate gnash and then a layer of white fondant.
The 3D model of Justin's face was hand drawn and attached to the cake and the cake was then covered in lines to replicate the effect on the tour poster.
The cake board was covered with concert tickets that were also hand drawn and wrapped in blue ribbon to add a bit of colour.
